Policing & Security Management Services Inc. is a business operated by E. J. (Ted) Carroll and comprised of senior associates. Following a successful 31-year policing career that started in Montreal and concluded as a senior officer with a major police organization within the Greater Toronto Area, Ted served as director of security services at one of Canada's largest universities. A graduate of the Canadian Police College Executive Development Course, the Ontario Police College, and the Quebec Police Institute, he is a member of the International Association of Chiefs of Police, the Canadian Society for Industrial Security, the Ontario Association of College and University Security Administrators, former board member of the International Association of Airport and Seaport Police, and is certified as a Professional Manager (P.Mgr) with the Canadian Institute of Management. In addition, he holds certificates in Advanced Police Science, Senior Police Administration, Business Management Studies, Management Studies - Human Resources, and is a graduate of the Senior University Administrators' Course at the University of Manitoba.
